HSR 500 - Hydraulic Shaftless Reel Stand

All opertaion are carried out Hydraulically Reel Clamping, Lifting, Aligning and web tension control is performed automatically from the control panel.



Reel stand can be supplied with the loading capacity of 2000 Kg. and working width upto 2000mm.
 


MSR 300 - Motorised Shaftless Reel Stand

All operations are carried out motorised Gears. Reel Clamping, Lifting & Aligning is motorised and performed automatically from the control panel. Web tension control is by manual brakes.

Rell Stand can be supplied with the loading of 2000 Kg. and working upto 2000 mm.

This Reel Standis equipped with Hydraulic Lifting arrangement, twin shafts, limit switches and Web tension control.

Reel clamping is done by adjustable cones, Reel Lifting is perform by Hydraulic arrangemnet and Web tension is control by manual brake set.
